1. What made you choose Southern Belles Boudoir?
I chose Southern Belles because of the quality of the pictures I saw on the website. 1. What made you choose Southern Belles Boudoir?I felt like it really celebrated women's beauty. The website is super professional. (I also know Rachel and knew she would do an awesome job). :)
2. What were you nervous about coming into your session?
I was nervous that I would feel dumb or feel exposed. I was also nervous that the pictures would not turn out the way I hoped and I wouldn't feel beautiful.
3. How do you feel now that your session is complete?
Now that it is all done, I feel so extremely happy I went through it. Everything about the experience exceeded my expectations. I was honestly surprised how pretty I looked. I feel like I can see my value. I knew I had value, but after seeing all the pictures, I knew I was beautiful.
4. My 3 favorite things....
- How comfortable I felt during the photoshoot. I looked gorgeous and everyone was so nice and encouraging and made me feel beautiful and comfortable. I don't think my pictures would have turned out as good if I didn't have the encouragement from Rachel and Ashley that I looked beautiful. I was really nervous!
- The quality of the pictures and of the book. It looks so high end and artsy. All the photos looked beautiful. I love the artsiness of the photos.
- I think the biggest surprise and the thing I have enjoyed the most is the effect doing this has had on my self esteem. I really do feel more beautiful than I have ever felt. I am not what I would consider a photogenic person and I was so incredibly happy with all the pictures. I feel so beautiful. Its been wonderful to feel proud of myself and feel good about myself and my body. Its been life changing. That sounds silly, but it really has.
5. What would you say to a fellow badass lady who is a little nervous about booking a boudoir session?
Just do it....it is so worth it. You will feel better than you've ever felt about yourself. Just do it! Best money I have ever spent on myself!
I honestly loved this experience so much. It has been such a positive for me. LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT IT!!!
