Are You Making Time For Yourself This Summer?

Whether you’re back to work, working from home or you’re a super busy mom, there’s one thing you need to hear. You deserve time to yourself!

You heard me, Ladies! And I don’t mean taking a 5 minute break in between your projects to shower. Making quality time for yourself is one of the most important things you can do for your health and well-being. If you don’t… well, let’s just say things can get kinda crazy.

How many of you have already felt aching joints from sitting at a computer too long? Work from home life can do that if you allow it to.

How many of you have been reflecting on the good old days while watching your screaming kids run around the house? I know you LOVE your children to the moon and back. But that doesn’t mean you don’t get teary-eyed reminiscing about getting glamorous and going out with friends.

When making time for yourself stops being a priority, it’s easy to slide into a rut. You can feel bummed even if you’re grateful for all that you have. When this happens, it’s just time for a hard stop and a reset so you can feel like you again. Just to show you what I mean, I’m posting some photos of women who did take time for themselves this summer. In these boudoir photos you can literally feel how wonderful it is to step away from that computer for a day, to ask someone to watch the kids, and to get totally pampered and made to feel like the queen you are!
